Individual Therapy Services
Individual in-person counseling in my office in Evanston, IL is the most traditional form of therapy, where client and therapist meet face-to-face in an office setting. Individual counseling is a dedicated, confidential, and protected time and space where we'll fully explore your challenges, identify patterns, and forge paths ahead together.
